Lead/Principal Engineer, Product & Platform

  • The Mission: To lead the architectural vision and hands-on execution of our core AI products. You will be the technical cornerstone for a world-class engineering team, ensuring our software is scalable, resilient, and brilliantly engineered.
  • Your Impact: Building AI Products, Accelerated by AI: You are a master builder and a strategic leader. Your role extends beyond writing code and managing sprints; you'll pioneer how our teams build better and faster. You will accelerate development cycles, employing predictive project management, and championing a culture where we automate the mundane to focus on solving the hardest architectural challenges. You'll mentor a global team, leading by example with your own significant, hands-on contributions to our codebase.
  • Who We're Looking For: A seasoned, product-obsessed engineering leader with an owner's mindset. You have a demonstrated history of shipping high-quality, complex enterprise software and a passion for mentoring other talented engineers. You lead from the front, are comfortable in a polyglot environment, and see ambiguity as an opportunity to create clarity and drive results. Your communication skills are as strong as your architectural designs.
  • Core Expertise:
    o Demonstrated mastery of high-performance, systems-level languages (e.g., C++) and dynamic languages suited for data-intensive applications (e.g., Python).
    o Well versed with evolution of AI and predictive market products and enabling tools.

 Senior/Staff Software Engineer, AI/ML Products

  • The Mission: To be a core builder and innovator on our engineering team, responsible for developing the high-performance software that powers our intelligent, data-driven products.
  • Your Impact: Building AI Products, Accelerated by AI: This is a role for a true craftsman who wants to maximize their creative output. You will develop new features, refactor legacy code for modern performance, and solve complex technical challenges. We will supercharge your workflow with AI enabled assistants for accelerated code generation, intelligent bug detection, and automated documentation. This frees you from boilerplate tasks, allowing you to focus on what truly matters: writing elegant, efficient, and scalable code that directly impacts our product's quality and user experience.
  • Who We're Looking For: A highly skilled, self-motivated software engineer with a passion for building robust, scalable systems.   • Your Impact: Building AI Products, Accelerated by AI: You will work at the intersection of machine learning, data engineering, and scientific discovery. Your role is not just to apply existing models but to pioneer novel solutions leveraging our proprietary technology and other AI/ML approaches. You will translate vast, complex datasets into actionable, AI-driven insights that have the potential to improve real-world outcomes. Besides use of AI/ML frameworks, we use GenAI as a scientific accelerator—to automate complex feature engineering, and interpret high-dimensional model outputs and make sense of complex and novel insights.
  • Who We're Looking For: A scientist-practitioner. You possess a strong theoretical grounding in statistical learning and ML, but your true passion is in building and shipping practical, impactful solutions. You are insatiably curious, technology-agnostic, and more interested in improving the state-of-the-art than defending the status quo. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work seamlessly with product and engineering teams to translate complex concepts into tangible product value.
  • Core Expertise:
    o Proficiency across the modern data science and machine learning stack (e.g., Python/R ecosystems and associated libraries).

    o Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets, ideally but not limited to science-intensive field like life sciences, biotech, or healthcare.
