Description of some open positions:

Software Development and Product Engineering Lead

The self-motivated team member will have five years of software development experience with expertise in developing performance-optimized code that scales well on parallel infrastructure. The person in this role will develop code, lead and mentor junior software developers, coordinate the work and deliverables of distributed and overseas development teams, as well as develop and implement product development and delivery strategies.

Excellent candidates with varying levels of experience, growth stages, inter-disciplinary and combination of skills suited for the variety of open positions will be considered to join the team in appropriate level as ReSurfX is going through multiple quick stages of expansion through the end of the year and beyond.

Must have:

  1. Hands-on software development skills in C++, Python and JAVA suite.
  2. Exposure and ideally proven experience with leading edge ML tools and ability to contribute to overseeing and lead teams using variety of other languages and operating systems.
  3. Excellent knowledge of resource-optimized, scalable and modular product development for primarily cloud-based enterprise software development in a cross-platform and multi-programming language environment.
  4. Excellent knowledge of multi-tenant web applications and API/SDK development, integrating with JAVA suite and a variety of adjunct tools and frameworks for UI and front-end design. fluency with cloud-based infrastructure, automated product release integration and documentation models, and supporting them in DevOps model.
  5. Experience with entire product development cycle with a three years in a lead role with multiple production releases of software and ownership of high quality deliverables assuring performance, security and quality of web applications.
  6. Demonstrated experience in leading teams including working with off-shore and/or distributed teams.
  7. Even senior team members are expected to contribute hands-on at this stage.
  8. Excellent organizational, problem solving, inter-personal interactions, as well as written and oral communication skills.

Advantageous:

Prior experience with analytics products, AI-driven outcomes and efficiency improvements and a keen sense of emerging technologies, will be a plus.

Experiences with databases and other approaches to use collection of data in variety of formats; deep knowledge of APIs design and utilization.

Software Development and Engineering

The self-motivated team member will have demonstrated and significant software development experience with expertise in developing performance-optimized code that scales well on parallel infrastructure. The developer/engineer will develop new modules and features as well as improve legacy code in operation. This team member will be experienced in modular development for enterprise software, developing high quality code, leveraging and improving emerging technologies, effectively working as a member of distributed development teams, and meeting schedules and objectives.

Excellent candidates with varying levels of experience, growth stages and inter-disciplinary and combination of skills suited for the variety of open positions will be considered to join the team in appropriate level as ReSurfX is going through multiple quick stages of expansion through the end of the year and beyond.

Must have:

  1. Excellent software development skills in C++ and Python or JAVA suite and associated needs for UI and front-end design.
  2. Excellent knowledge of resource-optimized, scalable and modular product development for primarily cloud-based enterprise software in a cross-platform and multi-programming language environment.
  3. Work closely with product and other engineering teams to understand and execute improvements that enhance product quality, functionality, and overall user experience.
  4. Prior experience with analytics and machine learning based functionalities, experience in developing applications for Big Data or in highly technical end use products.
  5. Team members in software roles not related to cloud infrastructure are expected to have hands-on experience with basic cloud based and other automation tool setup.
  6. Even senior team members are expected to contribute hands-on at this stage.
  7. Excellent written and oral communication, inter-personal interactions, and organizational skills.

Experiences with databases and other approaches to use collection of data in variety of formats; deep knowledge of APIs design and utilization, and a keen sense of emerging technologies, will be a plus, in addition to:

  1. Broad knowledge of multi-tenant web applications, API development, JAVA suite including adjunct tools and frameworks, security, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps tools.

Data Science and Engineering Development

This self-driven and collaborative team member will develop cutting-edge tools to improve analytics to be delivered as artificially intelligence-driven outcomes improvement products leveraging variety of well rooted statistical and machine learning tools and our proprietary Adaptive Hypersurface Technology. The person in this role will have a strong interest and knowledge in development and implementation of solutions for large volumes of data in collaboration with members of teams from IT, ML and other disciplines. Applications developed will cater to the needs of life science and healthcare sectors.

Excellent candidates with varying levels of experience, growth stages and inter-disciplinary and combination of skills suited for the variety of open positions will be considered to join the team in appropriate level as ReSurfX is going through multiple quick stages of expansion through the end of the year and beyond.

Must have:

  1. Proficient in the field of data science across the spectrum of statistical learning to compute intensive machine learning approaches with excellent knowledge of emerging trends in artificial intelligence product development.
  2. Proficiency in appropriate scripting or software language.
  3. An excellent grounding in existing theories and practices as well as hands-on ability with available tools, this person will be open to improving on the state-of-the-art than defending the status-quo.
  4. Excellent knowledge in Python, R and tools used in ML and AI as commodity infrastructure.
  5. Prior background with proven accomplishment in either life science and healthcare sectors or in other science and technology intensive fields.
  6. Ability to quickly comprehend concepts in analytics and ML applications in a data-source agnostic manner.
  7. Work closely with product and other engineering teams to understand and execute improvements that enhance product quality, functionality, and overall user experience.
  8. Even senior team members are expected to contribute hands-on at this stage.
  9. Excellent written and oral communication, inter-personal interactions across disciplines, and organizational skills.

Desired:

  1. Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare enterprise.
  2. Prior experience in IT centric division.

Business Development

This team member will play a key role in increasing adoption of our novel and powerful end-to-end analytic solutions for life science and healthcare sectors to improve outcomes. This ideal person will occupy a leadership role and will be motivated and results oriented. Key goals include increasing the pipeline of high probability target customers, advancing discussions with potential customers, and ‘closing’ deals. Ideal person will have the opportunity to participate in expanding and potentially leading associated teams for enterprise adoption and scaling of ReSurfX products and solutions.

Must have:

  1. Prior successful role in a similar position and need or having occupied a leadership position in life science driven and healthcare sectors in divisions executing or coordinating analytics and data-driven outcomes.
  2. Excellent knowledge of evolving opportunities from machine learning and artificial intelligence at the leading edge as well as knowledge of functional needs in the target industries relevant to our market offerings.
  3. Well versed with business and technical language suited for the role and measurement metrics of success and progress.
  4. Excellent planning and organization skills and a motivation to play a key role in related divisions that will be involved in executing the bigger needs that this position contributes to (e.g., sales, marketing).
  5. A keen sense of market needs, creatively leveraging market exposure opportunities, and collateral preparation with excellent aesthetic sense.
  6. Ability to quickly comprehend concepts in analytics, ML applications in a data-source agnostic manner.
